Workout for this tonight @ 5:30pm. Meet behind tennis courts (Diamond/mountainside) in Ala Moana Park. Then, 10 min warm up to Kakaako Park. Perform 8 or more (400-600m hilly repeats) with 60 sec rest. Cool down back to Ala Moana Park.
This Friday morning (only) at 7am I will be meeting some runners at the Kapiolani Tennis Courts (the ones nearest the ocean) for a 2 mile warm-up, into a 6.5 mile tempo (faster than marathon goal pace), then a 2 mile cool-down.
