Tomorrow's workout is 10 min warm-up, then 50 min of 1 min hard/1 min easy fartlek, then 10 min cool-down
Tomorrow night (Thursday) at 5:30pm we will meet at Ala Moana Beach Park behind the tennis courts (mountainside/diamond side) for a 10 min warm-up with drills, then into 50 min of 1 minute hard followed by 1 minute easy, then cool-down with 10 minutes easy and stretching.
