Marathon Training Tempo Run workout tonight 5:30pm, All are welcome

Run group tonight at 5:30pm. Workout: Dynamic warm-up followed by 3 x 12 minute tempo at marathon goal pace with 3 minute jog rest between each. I will see everyone and anyone there behind the Ala Moana Beach Park tennis courts (mountainside/Diamond Head Side). - Coach Nate
