Thursday workout: 5 x 1 mile repeats. Hope to see you at Ala Moana Beach Park at 5:30pm!

Champion Running Group! Thursday we will be running 5 x 1 mile repeats (goal is to run faster each repeat) with 2.5 minute jog rest between each mile. Workout will be followed by easy 2 mile cool-down run and stretching. Hope to see you at Ala Moana Beach Park behind the tennis courts (mountainside/diamond) at 5:30 pm for an inspirational talk and dynamic warm-up before the run. Remember, think like a champion, live like you are a champion, and be a champion!
