Run Group 5:30pm Thursday Night for 800 meter repeats. It's Boston Marathon Week!
Come out to workout with the free running group. All abilities and ages welcome. Where? Ala Moana Beach Park behind the tennis courts (mountainside/diamond) in Honolulu. When? Every Thursday night at 5:30pm What is the workout this week? 8 x 800-meter repeats with the last 200-meters of each interval with a hard finishing kick (rest is 2 minute jog). We will perform a dynamic warm-up before the workout and then finish with a cool-down. Let's come out in force and train with passion in honor of those lost or injured last year during the Boston Marathon. This week as you go about your day, don't forget to be greatful for your health and grateful that you have the freedom to exercise and live in such a great location and country!
