Workout Tonight 5:30pm at Ala Moana Beach Park, Behind Tennis Courts (Diamond/Mountainside).
I will be talking about running form and then we will do 7 x 1K Repeats with 2 minute rest between each, Or, 7 x 4 minute repeats with 2 minute rest between each.
