Champion Running Group! Tomorrow night's workout is a 45 minute run at a moderate pace with 10x45 second hard surges within the run to work on leg speed turnover and change of pace. We will do an active warm-up and a cool-down stretch. Everybody and anybody is welcome to join! I will see you tomorrow behind the tennis courts (mountainside/diamond head side) for a great workout and encouraging evening.
